She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Coleman and Ollie Mae James Shouse; and her son Charles Michael Davenport. She is survived by: her husband W. E. Davenport; her son Chris Davenport (Christina); her grandchildren, Kristina Howard (Tyler), Charity Davenport, Kaitlyn Davenport, Andrew Davenport and Ella Howell; her siblings, Nancy Samuels (Ed) and Jerry Shouse (Linda); and her daughter-in-law Roxanne Davenport.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, SECU Hospice Center, 243 N. Lee Avenue Yadkinville, NC 27055.
