She is survived by: her sons, Bernard Cook, Darrell Cook (Kim) and Kenneth Cook; her grandchildren, Shakeeta Wright, Natese Cook, Adrian Clinton, Jr., Kenjames Lewis and Shambria Lewis; her siblings, Catherine Brown (Marshall), Addie Wagner (Vinson) and Eugene Cook (Bessie); her niece Lectrice Adams; and her close friends, Willie Moody and Gloria Morgan. She is also survived by nephews; other relatives and friends.
