She is survived by: her son Gregory Ryan Ryder; her grandchildren, Nicolas Ryan Siano and Samantha Marie Siano; and her siblings, Wayland Beecher Denton III (Kay) of Kannapolis, Sandra Denton Fischel (Tom) of Cullowhee and James Denton.
