He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Tolley and Margaret Stout Tolley; his wife Pamela Smith; his daughter Heather L. Tolley; his brothers, James L. Tolley (Loretta), Larry E. Tolley, Donald J. Tolley, David T. Tolley and Stephen E. Tolley; and his grandchildren, Breanna Floyd (Kevin) and Andrew Tolley (Heather).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Felicia Brookshire and Gavin Tolley (Kevin); his sisters, Patricia Glenn (Russell) of Winston-Salem and Tammie Tate of Orlando Alvin; and also Jack Tolley (Toby). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
