She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shaw and Jestie Shaw; her husband Jesse Lee Phipps; and her daughter Nancy. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Schmitt (Dennis) of Covington, GA and Trish Phipps of King, NC. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
