He is survived by: his wife Carol Poe; his children, Alisa Anderson (Damian), Camille Poe and William Poe; his siblings, Kathleen Friday of High Point, Roscoe Friday (Debra) of Richmond, VA and Calvin Friday (Judy) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Naikeesha Poe, Princess Poe, Cierra Campbell, Malachi Poe and Elijah Poe of Winston-Salem; his great grandchild King Coleman; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Cordell of Auburn Hills and Sandra Chavis of Fayetteville, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives.
