It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Clarence Norris III of Winnabow, North Carolina, born in Lumberton, North Carolina, who passed away on May 10, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Norris, Jr. and Mary Tart Norris; his wife Dorothy Cameron Norris; and his sisters, Daisy Johnson and Juanita Ledbetter.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Mason (Roy) of Winnabow, NC and William C. Norris IV (Donna) of Winnabow, NC; his grandchildren, Tiffany (Mitchell), Michael (Felicia), Sierra and Kayla; his great grandchildren, Johnathan, Kasey, Brooklyn and Emma; and his siblings, Jerry Norris and Marie Williams.
