She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Roger Lewis; her parents, Alexander Holder and Eleanor Holder; her brother Gary Holder; and her brother-in-law Brian Hartsell.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Lewis (Beth) of Watford City, ND and Stephanie Creech (Joe) of Southport, NC; and her sisters, Denise Hartsell and Jackie Norris (Ed). She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and three nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.
