She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson Jenkins and Golda Ward Jenkins; her husband William Robert "Bobby" Cook Jr.; and her son Brian Ray Cook. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Robert Cook, Terry Lane Cook (Georgiann) and Bruce Ward Cook; and her sister Lavelle Owens. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
