He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Gregory and Norris Guy Waite; his brother Richard; and his nephew Steven. He is survived by: his wife Ann McCormick Waite; and his children, Tammy Foyil (Jim) of Jacksonville, Harvey Waite (Debbie) of Las Vegas and Jerry Waite (Tina) of Scotts Hill.
