It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Loyd Ollis of Winnabow, North Carolina, born in Oxford, North Carolina, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl G. C. Ollis and Marie Ollis; and his brothers, Danny Ollis of Spruce Pine, NC. and Donald Ollis of Spruce Pine, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Buchanan Ollis; his daughters, Kelly Ollis Stegall of Leland and Michelle Ollis Moore (Quisto) of Leland; his brother Donnie Ollis (Elaine) of Spruce Pine; his grandchildren, Jordan Stegall of Leland, Avery Stegall of Leland, Elliot Stegall of Leland, Knox Moore of Leland and Townes Moore of Leland; his adoptive daughter Lauren Walker (Dustin); and also, Peyton and James of Forest City, NC..
