He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hardwick and Macy Hardwick; his children, Chris Hardwick and Cheree Shue; and his siblings, Douglas Hardwick, Johnny Hardwick, Billy Hardwick, Lewis Hardwick, Donny Hardwick, Linda O'Quinn and Onita Delconte.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Hardwick of Dillon, SC, Chuck Hardwick of Wilmington, NC, Eric Hardwick of Parkersburg, WV, Tami Dye of Greenville, SC and Sabrina Hughes of Parkersburg, WV; and his brother Larry Hardwick of Wilmington, NC. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
