He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Perunko and Stephanie Perunko; and his sister Elizabeth Balson (Robert Balson). He is survived by: his wife Linda Mayak Perunko; his daughters, Tanya Cara Isaman (Mark Anthony Isaman) and Angela Anderson Shifler (Keven Shifler); and his grandchildren, Isaac Isaman, Stephanie Opher (Nathan Opher) and Nathan Genet.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to; Lower Cape Fear LifeCare, Right to Life and St. Mary's School.
