We bid farewell to Carolyn G. Ritterbusch of Winnabow, North Carolina, born in Brunswick, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 8, 2024 at the age of 84. Carolyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Dickie Ganey and Mary Ellen Bissett Ganey; her husband Roy Ritterbusch; her sister Joyce Rabon (Landis); her stepson Ronnie Ritterbusch (Roy Ritterbusch, Jr.); her grandson Brent Ritterbusch; and her great grandchild Cayden Roy Eckert.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Willetts, Carolyn of Dunnellon, Florida, Johnny Ritterbusch (Jane) of Simpsonville, Lorie Norris (ZJ) of Cookeville and Barbie Jackson (Allen) of Rose Hill; her grandchildren, Dustin Willetts (Erin) of Winnabow, Ashleigh Eckert Lyons of Brandon, Brennon Scott, Leslie Scott, Shannon Jackson, Sarah Simes, Kristen Merritt, Natalie Rainer, Annslee Burton, Will Jackson, Trey, Christian and Lauren Ritterbusch; and her siblings, John Ganey (Patsy) of Leland, Herbert Dickie Ganey Jr. (Juanita) of Leland, Pat Kye of Winnabow and Lois Walter (Paul) of Leland.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the White Funeral Service (603 Ocean Hwy E, Bolivia, NC 28422). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
