She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Arlee Gainey; her grandparents, Carrie Mae Lingerfelt and George L. Lingerfelt; and her mother JoAnn Lingerfelt. She is survived by: her daughters, Tiffany Dawn Carr Linder of Monroe, NC, Jennifer Ann Carr Griffin (Wayne) of Wingate, NC and Jacqueline Mae Edings of Oswego, KS.; her stepson John Arlee Gainey (Amanda) of Concord, NC.; her grandchildren, Tyler Ryan Buffkin, Amber LeAnn Griffin, Lacey Cheyenne Griffin, Dayna Lee Jordan, Matthew Jordan Fleming, Gregory Chase Moore, Joshua Dakota Edings, Hailey Mae Edings and Annisten Jean Edings; and her great grandchildren, River Isaiah Carnes, Greyson Ryan Buffkin, Tyler Ryan Buffkin, Jr. and Korie LeAnn Griffin.
