She is survived by: her husband Donny Starnes of Wingate; her children, Kevin Starnes of Wingate, Bryan Starnes (Tracy) of Jefferson, SC, Stacy Starnes (Dawn) of Monroe and Jennifer Martyak (Paul Jr.) of Matthews; her siblings, Doug Mills (Kathy) of Wingate and Wanda Munden (Forrest) of Greenville, NC.; her grandchildren, Nicholas (Leah Starnes), Austin Starnes, Laurel (Kyle Austin), Lindsay Starnes and Mary Starnes (Tripp Martyak); and her great grandchild Rogan Starnes.
