He is survived by: his wife Shelbia Manus Mullis; his daughters, Dana Garrow (Ron), Kerry Harper and Laurie Miller (Robert); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Corinthia), Phillip (Sarah), Ben, Claire Garrow, Virginia, Marshall Harper (Leighann), Garrett, Callie, Taylor Hammill (Bradley), Dalton, Hayden and Tristan Miller; and his siblings-in-law, R. A. Plummer, Doris and Margaret Mullis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
