She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mildred Baucom, Shirley Edwards and Vann Williams. She is survived by: her husband Avery Haigler; her daughters, Amanda Poulter (Robert) of Wingate, NC and Amy Green (Scott) of Monroe, NC; her grandchildren, Carlos (Cristal), Daniel, David, Caleb, Aidan Figueroa, Natalie, Macey and John Avery Green; her great grandchild Liliana Rose Figueroa-Marcelino; and her brother Ray Williams of Carolina Beach, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Holland Funeral Service (806 Circle Dr, Monroe, NC 28112). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Austin Grove Baptist Church (5919 Austin Grove Church Rd, Marshville, NC 28103). A burial was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Final Resting Place Austin Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (5919 Austin Grove Church Rd, Marshville, NC 28103).
