It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jenny Ratliff McGuirt of Wingate, North Carolina, who passed away on October 6, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jenny Ratliff may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clarence and Margaret Rayfield Ratliff; and her sister Margret "Peggy" Harwood. She is survived by: her husband Frank McGuirt; her sons, William of Mt Holly and Jonathan (Jessica) of Wingate; and her granddaughter Elizabeth.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Wingate Baptist Church (109 E Elm St, Wingate, NC 28174). Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the same location.
