She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Arthur Wilson and Beatrice Fiscus Wilson; and her son Steven Carter. She is survived by: her husband Robert Carter; and her daughters, Deborah Hinson (Jerry), Donna Lingerfelt (Joseph) and Brenda Carter. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Although flowers are appreciated, the family requests that memorials in Jean's honor be made to Union County Hospice or Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
