We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2023, at the age of 89, Edward Boyd Knight of Wingate, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edward Boyd Knight to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Knight and Mary Knight; his siblings, Elizabeth "Lib" Mills (Everett), Madry Haney (Roy) and Donophan "Don" Knight; and his brothers-in-law, Clemon Tomberlin, Bill Thomas, Melburn Austin and Johnny Jenkins.

He is survived by: his wife Iva Lee Knight; his children, Angela Aldridge (Billy), Vickie Schneider (Kenny), Danny Knight (Wanda) and Charles Knight (Connie); his sisters, Doris "Dot" Austin, Myra Tomberlin and Martha Thomas; and his sister-in-law Linda Knight. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and their spouses and 11 great-grandchildren.
