She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Eddie F. Felton; and her children, Alice F. Downing (Marcus) of Hertford, NC, Dennis E. Felton (Vernita) of Elizabeth City, NC and Leon F. "Ace" Felton (Nena) of Winfall, NC. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
