He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheri Dee Smith and Bobby Lee Eubanks, Jr.; his grandfather Bobby L. Eubanks, Sr.; and his uncle Edward Keith Eubanks. He is survived by: his sister Leanne Eubanks Cooper (Mitchell) of Lewiston-Woodville; his grandparents, Alice Edwards Eubanks of Windsor, Jerry and Linda Smith of Buies Creek; his niece Bobbi Leigh Cooper; his aunts, Mary Beth Eubanks Hill (Wayne), Jenny Eubanks Burden (Michael) and Jerri Lynn McLamb (Travis); and his uncle Bill Smith (Jennifer).
