He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wesley and Fannie Ruth Matthews Perry; his daughter Patricia Perry Cherry; and his brothers, Tom, Milton, Eugene and Edward E. Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Elizabeth Bryant Perry; his sons, Daniel Wayne Perry of Colerain, John Timothy Perry (Pat Peede Perry) of Pendleton, NC, William Mack Perry, Jr. of Winterville, Nathan Lee Hughes of Colerain and Craig Jewell of Wilson, NC; his sisters, Evelyn Perry of Texas and Linda Perry Underwood of Goldsboro, NC; and his son-in-law Cecil Thomas Cherry of Powellsville, NC. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
