He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Walton and Lillie Mae Williams White; his wife Beth Layton White; and his siblings, Linda White Harden and David White.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa White Willis (Forest) of Davie, FL, Susan White Swain (David) of Pantego, Betsy White Thompson (Jamie) of Plymouth, Angela White of Merry Hill and Karen White Burnett (Shawn) of Merry Hill; and his siblings, Carol W. Hopkins of Newport News, VA and Gene White of Raleigh. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (236 US-17 BYP, Windsor, NC 27983). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Merry Hill Baptist Church (420 Old Merry Hill Rd, Merry Hill, NC 27957).
