She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Mae Johnson Belangia and Howard Lee Belangia; and her sister Barbara Belangia Bracy. She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Belangia Jones (John) of Sunbury, NC, Martha Belangia Thomas (late Jackie) of Windsor and Herman Howard Belangia (Kathy) of Elizabeth City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
