He was predeceased by: his daughter Robbin Hoggard Blake (late Jon Warner Blake); and his parents, John Henry Hoggard and Vivian Gurley Bazemore. He is survived by: his wife Minnie Coltrain Hoggard; his son Lewis Wynne Hoggard; his grandson Robert Warner Alexander Blake; and his siblings, Marion, Vivian, Rudolph, Forest, Alton and Tommy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
