He was predeceased by: his parents, Burden Anderson and Leslie Baker Cobb; and his wife Bobbie Miller Cobb. He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne Cobb (Frannie Coffin) of Norfolk, VA.; and his nieces, Becky Perry, Beth Riddick, Barbara Morris, Sheryl Corbit and Deborah Farless.
