She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Linwood and Lettie Hoggard Lassiter; her husband Herman Fentress Mizelle; her siblings, Virgie L. Hill, Joseph Lee Lassiter, Ferebee Lassiter and Daniel Lassiter; and her son-in-law Hugh Mizelle.
She is survived by: her children, Rita M. Mizelle, Timmy Mizelle (Jennifer) of Colerain and Faron Mizelle (Cheryl) of Colerain; her grandchildren, Ginger Dawson, Jill Evans (Les), Jeremy Dawson (Anna), Brian Mizelle (Sarah), Hunter Mizelle (Callie), Adam Mizelle (Sarah), Jordan Parker (Brian) and Jody Mizelle; her great grandchildren, Matt, Katie, Logan, Karsyn, Bentley, Fenn, Grayson, Harrison, Cassidy, Kip and Liam; and her great great grandchild Audrey.
