He is survived by: his children, Jessica Cobb Riggins of Windsor, Randi Dawn Layton (Michael) of Columbia, SC and Christopher Willie Cobb (Kylee) of Stumpy Point, NC; his siblings, Freda Jernigan of Edenton and Joe Cobb (Jean) of Askewville; and his grandchildren, Gracie "Punkin" Mizelle, Trent "Big Man" Mizelle, Raegan, Aubree, Beau "The Babies" Cobb and Baby Boy Layton.
