She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Odell and Elizabeth Conner White; her children, Oral Graham Mizelle and Ruth Mizelle Draper; her grandson Steven Raymond Moore; and her brother Steve White.
She is survived by: her daughter Frances Mizelle Moore (Steve) of Rocky Hock; her sister Ruth Daniels Hayes of Wanchese; and her grandchildren, Philip Dail, Elizabeth, Nathan Mizelle, Emily Moore and Jacob Draper. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchildren.
