It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie Hoggard Clark of Windsor, North Carolina, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Hoggard and Byra Margaret Hoggard; her husband Alton Lewis Clark; her brother Merle Hoggard; and her sons-in-law, Richard Baggett, Lonnie Culbreth and Jack Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Clark Culbreth of Windsor, Patricia Clark Dixon of Vanceboro, NC, Brenda Clark Baggett White of Windsor, Deanie Clark Hoggard (Tim) of Lincolnton, NC and Bobby Lewis Clark (Hope) of Macclesfield, NC; and her brothers, Earl Hoggard (Charlie Mae) of Windsor and Spencer Hoggard of Windsor. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
