He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Mark Lewis Tadlock and Jill Tadlock Perry; his grandsons, Brandon Daniel Perry (Carson Barnhill Perry) of Colerain and Justin Evans Perry of Windsor; his sister Carolyn Tadlock Thompson; his niece Judy of Windsor; his nephew Andy of Windsor; his sister-in-law Sally Tadlock; his niece Mary; his nephew Bill; and his cousins, Anne Spencer Hughes and Jane Cobb.
