She was predeceased by: her father William Wesley Mizell; her husband Reginald E. Asbell; and her brothers, Ronnie E. Mizell and Vernard Mizell. She is survived by: her children, Wanda Asbell Jenkins (Bill) of Edenton, Sherry Davenport (Ray) of Windsor and Wesley E. Asbell (Cindy) of Greenville; and her granddaughters, Caroline Grace Asbell, Patricia Jenkins Speller (Stevie) and Jennifer Jenkins (Taylor Brockman). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
