She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bobby" Jernigan and Mary Lou Jernigan; and her sister Dawn Jernigan. She is survived by: her husband Michael B Baker; her son Gabriel M Baker of Windsor; and her sister Alison Allen of Norfolk.
