She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Cola and Hazel Forbes Castellow of Windsor, NC.. She is survived by: her husband Norman Freeman Perry of Colerain, NC; her children, Norman Freeman Perry, Jr. (Jaquelin) of Colerain, Gail Perry (Bill Cobb) of Chapel Hill and Mary-Lynn Perry Moore (Dudley) of High Point; and her grandchildren, Laura Monk (Coy), Colin Perry (Emily), John Hallett (Carolyn), Freeman Perry (Mollie), Cassie Rice (John), Ellie Daniels (Frank), Will Moore (Lyall), Liz Shaver (Jay), Sarah Lindner, George Lindner and Edward Lindner. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
