He is survived by: his children, Melinda Modlin (Steve) of Greenville, Teresa Romesburg (Nathan) of Ruffin and Wayne Castelloe of Edenton; his grandchildren, Caroline Modlin, Ethan Romesburg and Joanna Romesburg; and his brother Lloyd Castelloe of Windsor.
