He was predeceased by: his father William Larry Mizelle; and his grandparents, Lewis Windley Hoggard and Lucy Elizabeth Jernigan Hoggard. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Spruill Mizelle; his sons, Lewis Mizelle of Windsor, Albion Mizelle and Rowyn Mizelle; his brothers, Kirk Mizelle of Colerain and Kelly Mizelle of Harrisburg, PA; and his grandson Jack Windley Mizelle of Windsor.
