She is survived by: her husband Michael Alex Fields, Sr.; her children, Kaitlin Kivett Fields of Va and Michael Alex Fields, Jr. of Va; her siblings, Geraldine Harrell of Windsor, Tammy Murwin of Windsor, Jo Ann Hoggard of Myrtle Beach, SC., Donna Diaz (Juan) of Dover, Delaware, Billy Murwin of Snug Harbor, NC. and Clayton David Murwin (Collette) of Jacksonville, Florida; her grandson Keizer Michael Wojtasiak of Va; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Hoggard of Ahoskie.
