She was predeceased by: her parents, George Warwick Champion and Mattie McKenize Thompson Champion; her husband Robert Kinton; her siblings, Jeanette Cutts, George Champion and Harold Champion; and her son-in-law Brian Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Williams of Michigan, Robin Kinton-Sears of Fuquay Varina, Jill Houck (Dan) of Fuquay Varina and Irene Gonzalez (Julian) of Fuquay Varina. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, 10 great -grandchildren, 12 step-great grandchildren, and two step-great great grandchildren.
