It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Earl Hoggard (Windsor, North Carolina), who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Byra Hoggard Hoggard; and his siblings, Nellie Gray H. Clark and Merle Hoggard. He is survived by: his spouse Charlie Mae Pierce Hoggard; his children, Levern H. White (Glenn) of Colerain, Lenell Harden of Windsor, Freda Hoggard of Windsor, Bonnie H. Asbell (Darryl) of Windsor, Leon Earl Hoggard (Anna Raye) of Merry Hill, J. C and Terry Hoggard (Ruth) of Windsor; his grandchildren, Pam Taylor (Kevin), Tammy White, Jesse Hoggard (Alyssa), Christie Lawrence (Matt), Rhonda Smith (Daniel), Pamela Nixon (Justin), Karen Hoggard, Stewart Asbell (Courtney), Derrick White, Shannon Myers (Dustin) and Renee Harden; and his brother Spencer Hoggard of Windsor. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
