He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsey David and Doris Ruth Evans Harrell; and his brother James "Jimmy" Russell Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Bryant Harrell; his children, Carla Pesce (Dave) of Windsor and Vann Harrell (Jarren) of Monroe; his brothers, David Carroll Harrell of Colerain and Michael D. Harrell of Windsor; and his grandchildren, David Pesce, Jr., Sarah Harrell, Piper Harrell and Caelyn Pesce.
