He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Merle and Thelma Sanford Hoggard. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald, Glenn Hoggard of Windsor, Darryl Hoggard of Colerain, Deborah Dunlow and Joy Hoggard of Windsor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
