He was predeceased by: his parent Leslie Russell Phelps; and his grandfather Frank Russell of Windsor. He is survived by: his father Joey M. Phelps (Jamie Revels) of Edenton; his brother Brandon Clay Phelps (Anne) of Creswell; and his grandparents, Gayle S. Russell, Albert Larry Phelps and Sherrie Phelps of Creswell.
