He was predeceased by: his sister Rebecca Nussbaumer; and his brother-in-law James Fenton. He is survived by: his wife Victoria; his children, Joshua of Windsor, NC and Sarah of New York; his siblings, Steven, John, David Nussbaumer of New York, Karen Rothfuss of New York and Lisa Filkins of New York; and his brothers-in-law, Rex, John and Mark Fenton.
