She was predeceased by: her parents, George P. Jernigan and Melissa White Jernigan; her husband Alvis A. Jernigan; her son Vandy Jernigan; and her siblings, Starkey, Carlie Jernigan and Pauline Roberson.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie J. Metcalfe of Conway; her sisters, Ruby White of Askewville, Nettie White of Askewville, Vergie Mizelle of Askewville and Annie Mae Hill of Windsor; her grandchildren, Tracy Jernigan (Carrie), Travis Jernigan (Megan) and Will Metcalfe; and her great grandchildren, Samantha, Leeann, Christopher, Kevin Jernigan and Julietta.
