He is survived by: his wife Kathy Conner Spivey; his daughter Donnette Spivey Barnes of Windsor; his sister Cheryl Williams of Rocky Mount; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney Castelloe, Logan Mizell and Sarah Harrison.
