He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Jackson and Sadie Leary Hoggard; his wife Frances Williams Hoggard; his son Kelly Louis Hoggard; and his granddaughter Lauren Hoggard.
He is survived by: his sons, David Scott Hoggard (Anita), Ernest Ray Hoggard (Allison) and Clinton Aaron Hoggard (Gina); his brothers, Kelly of Windsor, Donald Ray of Windsor, George of Windsor and Tommy of Windsor; and his grandchildren, Katilyn, Andrew, Andrea, Ethan, Courtney, Chloe, Skyler, Kelly and Gunner.
