He is survived by: his parents, Sarah Russell Conner of Windsor and Dalton Gay Conner; his daughter Hayley Conner of Tyner; his sisters, Ellen of Merry Hill, Nicole of Merry Hill and Jai Pratt of Merry Hill; and his grandparents, Phyllis Leggett of Windsor and Earl Russell of Windsor.
