With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clyde Monroe Anders Sr. (Windsor, North Carolina), born in Pickens, South Carolina, who passed away on January 29, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Sherman and Dassie Smith Anders; his significant other Peggy Thomas Anders; his son Clyde M. Anders, Jr.; his children-in-law, Bettie H. Anders, Rosa W. Anders and Rev. Alan Mizelle; and his siblings, Harold Anders and Hellen Mullinex.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Anders of Windsor, Alex Anders of Windsor and Brenda Anders Mizelle of Windsor; and his siblings, Robert Anders of Rockwell, SC, Don Anders of Camden, SC, Jane Prudan (Mike) of Roxobel, Thelma Briley of Roxobel, Ruby Bristow of Kelford, Della Lewis of Kelford, Linda Baker (Ron) of Reidsville and Shelby Martin (Larry) of Philpot, KY. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
